Tameshigiri
Sword driven in by the right hand
A tiny bit of pain
An introduction to the love
I have come to know
⇼
Seal it with sweet nothings
You don't mean the things you say
You were robotted into the character you now play so well
Cloned, Cajoled... chained so intricately into the picture of me you paint
⇼
Sword driven in, left hand looks away
As if to say sorry
I shriek in distinct horror
Bandage me up nicely
Stuff up my womanness
Take it off
Prime and polish my exterior
Lofty price now ready to see your world?
After all broken pencils still shade
⇼
Sword driven in, both hands show a mastery
You've done this a lot
You tell me I'm the first
Sublimity chokes my guts
First cut they claim, is the deepest
Evidently, we are prone to forget the first
when we repeatedly become numb to the depth of pain

Do we really forget the pain? I think we push it into a dark spot in us but its always there
ReplyDeleteWell, we are "prone" to forget when we become used to it
